Step into Yoko Honda’s world of palm trees, swimming pools and neon squiggles.
While it might seem like everyone is trending 90’s, illustrator Yoko Honda goes a decade further for her geometric prints and patterns. The addictive dreamscapes channel consumer culture and new-age with a strong dose of Vaporwave.
A self-taught artist based in Japan, Honda started her digital paintings in 2013 and quickly attracted attention through her ultra-bright Instagram account. Recent collaborations include a flamingo deck chair for Culture Label, Akade Wear’s summer collection and a coloring book called Wish You Were Here by Sugoi Books.
