“Alessandro Gruetzmacher was born in 1984 in the state of Santa Catarina, southern Brazil. He started taking photographs during his graduation, and graduated in advertising in 2005. In 2010 he ended his specialization in photography, when he developed his first project with long exposures in Florianópolis, SC.
