Create a contact page
This article will show you how to add a Contact page to your Format site.
Log In > Pages
Log in to your Format site.
Click Create New
Click Custom Page
Choose Contact Template
Choose a Contact template from the options available.
Click the thumbnail image to select the one you want to use.
Use This Template
The Contact template will display, ready for you to edit.
Replace the default text with your own.
Click Save changes after editing.
Click your page’s Settings button (under your Page’s title).
- Add a Title
- Add a URL
- Add a Description
- Save after changing each field
- Set Hide to OFF
Rearrange Your Page Order
You can rearrange your page order in your menu.
Click on the left of the page thumbnail and drag (either up or down) then release.
This is where the page will appear on your site menu.
Preview Live Site
Preview your new Contact page.
Messages sent from the Contact page form will be delivered the email address specified in your Format Account (under Settings > Format Account > Email Address).
Send a test message and check that it has been received (make sure it hasn't gone to a Junk / Spam or Trash folder).
